I rang back and the name that came up was “Mark Group ltd”. Apparently they’re doing some work for British Gas. I had signed up with British Gas before for a free loft install, so I’m guessing this call relates to that. British Gas had sent me a letter saying they’d get in touch to sort out a date for the loft work.
