I’ve had the misfortune of receiving five calls from these blokes in the last ten minutes, all insisting they’re from a so-called “government financial service.” As if! It’s as if they think I'm a complete mug. One of them went on about how she could erase 70% of my debts-impressive, isn’t it? Only, the kicker was her South African accent, which threw me off completely. When I politely declined, she really got her back up! Honestly, do they consider us Brits as a bunch of gullible idiots or what?!
