Received this and I'm feeling rather puzzled. :s

I recently got an automated call, apparently recorded by a performer with a strong North Eastern accent, informing me that We Claim For You was unable to reach me. They provided an 0845 number to ring if you, like me, wish to be taken off their list. Naturally, the message was rattled off far too quickly to jot it down, and there goes my chance. If I were to return the 0203 number I saw when I dialled 1471, I likely would end up incurring charges - which seems like it’s all part of their dodgy tactics. Honestly, I'm absolutely fed up with this nonsense. Can't these people find proper employment and stop wasting the time of decent folk like myself?
