got a call from 02034760893 today. they claimed to be from the british legion. my wife answered but they asked to speak to me. i was busy then, so they said they'd ring back, though i’m not holding my breath. seems like a dodgy attempt to get cash. i’ve already reported it to devon & cornwall police. really hope authorities start cracking down on these scammers who target folks like us.
