If this really was the RAC, then they're breaking GDPR rules because after a terrible run-in with them, I specifically asked to be deleted from their records and not to be contacted again. On Friday, we received a rather suspicious call from 02030263982, where a chap named George, claiming to be from Virtual PC Doctor, insisted that our computer was infected with a virus. We told him we’d need to consult with my husband before proceeding. Then today, at 2:20 PM (16/5/11), we got another call from 02034760721. We chose not to answer this time, but it's curious that we've received two phone calls in the span of a month, both from numbers starting with the same prefix. It leaves us wondering if there’s a connection between the two. I'm quite keen to find out how these people got hold of our phone number in the first place.
