When I’ve picked up the phone, I’ve often found it nigh on impossible to decipher what the caller is saying. It would be rather courteous if they left voicemails, but that never happens. Given my age-73 and now enjoying retirement-I’ve made the decision to halt my charitable contributions. It's quite tragic that such a remarkable institution feels the need to chase after donations in order to continue their vital work. It’s high time the central government ensured that children’s healthcare receives adequate funding, rather than placing the burden on individual donors.
