I received a call from someone purporting to be from Black Pearl Claims, requesting my personal information, even my banking details, in order to process a claim for me. Given that Black Pearl is based in Yorkshire, and this call originated from a London number, I'm genuinely sceptical and suspect it's a scam.

We've received four calls from these folks now, and we've made the decision not to answer unknown numbers. What's bothersome is that they don't leave any messages either.

Does anyone have a clue as to who this number belongs to? I've been receiving calls from them constantly, but whenever I pick up, it's just dead air on the other end. Quite mysterious, if you ask me!
