I've received several calls from this number.

I've noticed an uptick in calls from this number, but I always let them ring out. Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to give it a call back and discovered it's actually from Marie Curie. It's just a pre-recorded message, and you have the option to input your number to opt out of future contact. Previously, I saw some folks mention it might be related to WWF, an organisation I support, but I can confirm that the message clearly identifies itself as being from Marie Curie. Quite the surprise, really!

I've been inundated with an abundance of silent calls lately, and it’s genuinely vexing. We've recently brought a tiger into our lives, but that doesn’t seem to mitigate the annoyance of these incessant rings. Upon calling the number back, you’re met with some automated nonsense. If you press 1 and then supply your phone number, they claim you can be removed from their call list. I’m curious to see if that actually does the trick.
