Even if you block this number, they still get through or switch to one of the other three numbers they use to trick you. Don’t waste your time on them at all. It’s nonstop harassment. They keep calling me up to six times daily and just won’t stop.

Just got a call from "PWC Financial" - definitely not related to Price Waterhouse Coopers, I reckon. Sounds like one of those boiler room scams, claiming you’ll make loads of money by investing in fancy wines. They want at least £5000 to get started.
