This appears to be a fraudulent offer regarding housing. The moment I mentioned that I don't rent a property, they hung up immediately. I've gone ahead and blocked the number!

They called me up and asked if I was a tenant ringing about some repairs that needed sorting. Bit random but guess they were trying to help out or something.
