I picked up the phone and it was some robotic message talking about taxes and said I had to press one or a warrant would be issued. I just ended the call straight away.

020 3475 7805 called me when I was really irritated 😡. They tried to push me to get extra life insurance!! I asked which insurance she meant straight away. She said it was some family insurance linked to my mortgage! I laughed and told her I don't have any family living with me and I’m renting a flat anyway. Bye bye scammer 👋. These calls are so frustrating and just not on grrrr!

They said they were calling from the electricity company but the moment I asked for details, they just told me to get on with my day and quickly hung up. Quite odd really.

Got a call around noon on Wednesday from someone saying they were from an energy firm and that I was listed as the bill payer. That’s wrong, I don’t handle the bills. They said they were from some Irish energy firm called 'ESP Energy' even though the number was from London. Turns out that company isn’t actually an energy supplier and has nothing to do with London anyway. The person on the call was quite rude and refused to give anything in writing or confirm details properly. He sounded Welsh and wasn’t very good with numbers or polite conversation.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be Irish Traveller, name was Gloria. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

I've received multiple calls from this number, but I chose to overlook them until I finally picked up this morning. On the other end, a chap claiming to be from "Electricity Supplier" spoke to me. Strangely, he already seemed to know who supplies my energy. He started going on about assisting me in reducing my direct debit, peppering me with queries like my postcode and whatnot. When I explained that I was already tied into a contract and content with my current tarif, the conversation abruptly ended with them hanging up. The caller identified himself as Alan from the Electricity Supplier.
