They keep ringing my Mum, who’s 75, constantly warning she’ll get arrested. I actually rang back and it’s some call centre based in India. Having lived there, I know calling someone’s mum a nasty name and calling them a “bastard baby” is about as bad as it gets. I’d suggest you try the same tactic. Don’t let them get a word in, talk over them, keep it short - like under ten seconds - and just enjoy watching them get rattled. Trust me, it really messes with them.
