Reports on phone number 02034753802
2 monthsThey keep ringing, asking a few questions and when you try to find out who they are, they just drop the call. Weird behaviour really.3 monthsHung up without saying a word and now the number’s blocked.3 monthsThis number called my nan, and the person claimed she’d bought a new SIM card. They pressured her to buy another one, threatening her phone wouldn’t work otherwise. They even asked for her account password, but luckily she couldn’t give it because a family member usually sorts those things out for her. Afterwards, I checked with her phone company who confirmed it was a scam. Nan’s 83 and was quite shaken up by the whole thing. It’s disgusting how they try to exploit older people like that!Nan3 monthsGot a random call and when I picked up no one said a word. Definitely not a legit number or anything important. Felt dodgy from the start.4 monthsI didn’t pick up, my phone usually filters calls and the caller said it was from O2, but they didn’t leave any voicemail.4 monthsSomebody rings up saying they're from O2, they knew my phone number but didn’t know my name. They started talking about deals and how they could fix my poor service, which was rubbish 'cause I never had any problems, and the real O2 wouldn’t just offer that out of the blue anyway! Then they tried to pass me on to another team to get my payment info, which O2 already has anyway. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.4 monthsI called but they just dropped the call as soon as it went to voicemail.5 monthsGot a call telling me I needed to sort out payment for my own funeral. I’m very much alive, so it’s obvious this was a dodgy scam.Submit Your Own Report (020 3475 3802)
