020 3475 3158 Some people called saying they were from the government, talking about money that’s supposedly been moved out illegally. They told me I’d shifted about £700,000 from around 80 bank accounts under my name. Felt totally fishy to me.

Got a call out the blue about solar panels, looks like another spam attempt.

“Local” energy saving? Nah, London’s not really local. I’ve had this number for just about a week and already had over 30 calls blocked. They always ask, “Are you the homeowner?” It’s the same from places like AQL and Voxbone, just nonstop hassle. How is this even allowed to happen?

Got a bunch of calls last Friday from a 0203 number, like five times, plus a few from mobile numbers with the same kind of spiel. The caller said they were from something like "your neighbourhood energy advice centre," but it’s just a classic trick by scammy firms trying to push their latest product through a so-called advisor or salesperson. My spam filter stopped all of them, thankfully. Bottom line: just hang up straight away, don’t let them pressure you into anything.

Lots of others have said similar things, I got a call from someone who said her name was Emma and claimed to be an energy advisor from around here. She asked if I owned the house, and I told her yes but that I was busy and couldn’t chat. Then she just ended the call. Feels dodgy to me, sounds like it might be a scam.

Had a call today from some "energy advisor" claiming to be local but ringing from a London number - bit dodgy if you ask me. They asked if I owned my home, but I told them I was renting because, honestly, it's not their concern. Figured they'd drop it after that. Best to just ignore these sorts of calls, they're just trying to scam you.

I just got a call from some energy company pushing solar panels for £1500. They asked if I owned my place, but I told them I’m a council tenant. When I questioned where they got my number from, the person just cut me off. Total scam or spam for sure. Blocked them straight away.

I never pick up calls from strangers, and I don’t plan to start now! If there’s something I need, I’m the one who’ll reach out. Most of these must be scammers ringing all the time 🤬🤬 so annoying… straight to block!

On the 14th of Feb around 12.15 and again on the 13th Feb at 16:00, this number called my ex's old landline. I ignored both calls and it just kept ringing for about 6 to 8 rings before stopping. Looks like some automated dialling or something.
