Got a call from someone pretending to be O2, total scammer trying to pull a fast one.

Big scam this one. Got a call from some guy claiming he was with o2. When I asked him to give me some info about my account, he just cut the call straight away. Total dodgy behaviour.

I got a call out of the blue from someone claiming they could give me a discount on a service I never actually asked about. Quite annoying really.

Got a call from a man speaking with a heavy accent, struggled to get what he was saying initially. Claimed he was calling from O2 and had a 12-month discount offer for me. When I mentioned I don't entertain cold calls, he tried to transfer me to someone to show it was legit. I just nicely declined and said I wasn’t interested.

Got a call from someone speaking with an Indian accent saying they’re calling from O2 about a 30% discount on my plan. They tried to get me to enter a ‘forgotten password’ request on my account. Then, I got a legit text from O2 with a security code. They told me it was the ‘discount activation code’ and asked me to share it, probably to take over my account while on the call. Seriously, don’t hand over any codes to these people!

So yesterday I got a call from someone saying they were from O2. I blocked them but then today I get another call from a different number, same scammer! They really don't give up at all!

Some bloke with an Indian accent pretending to be from O2 called me. Lucky me, I got to hit him with a quick F.O. move!
