I tried ringing this number back but it just wouldn’t connect. The caller said they were from Open Reach and told me my broadband would be switched from Private to Public Domain or something like that. They also handed me a number they said was Sky’s customer service. When I called Sky, they told me it sounded dodgy and they’d made a note of it as a suspicious call. Pretty weird experience!
