11 monthsAround Feb to March, I almost got caught up in a Bitcoin scam, but thankfully HSBC stepped in and stopped the payments. The calls were nonstop - the men spoke with Polish accents, and the women sounded Asian. They kept telling me the more money I invested, the bigger my returns would be, but then pressured me to send £2,000 within half an hour or lose everything! It all seemed quite convincing at first. Just a heads up, a Bitcoin is currently worth about $100,000, so don’t be fooled by offers of free coins!HSBCBitcoin11 monthsGot a call and decided to pick up, heard a lady with an Asian accent say "hello Lorraine". I just said "bye" and ended the call straight away. Definitely going to block that number. Hope everyone has a great day and keep on smiling! 👌Lorraine11 monthsTotal rip off.11 monthsThey were handing out 30 bitcoins or something like that...
