Some bloke rang me out of the blue and was just rattling off some script about investing in Spain, something like 5% return the first year, then 8% later on or something like that. The call kept dropping out all the time, so I asked if he was using an IP phone from Spain or somewhere. After that, he got really cheeky and started being quite rude.
