Got about 5 calls from this number but didn’t answer since I had no clue who it was. They didn’t bother leaving any voicemail either.

I got a voicemail from them and all it said was "what?" - bit odd if you ask me.

I keep getting robotic voicemails, dunno if it’s a mistake or sumthin else? Left quite a few msgs myself.

Got two calls from this number earlier. I saw what others have said and I'm relieved I didn't pick up. I haven’t made any complaints about Amazon, so it’s odd why they’d be ringing me. I’m just gonna keep letting it ring out.

I didn't pick up the call, but they dropped a voicemail. It was a bit muffled, mentioned somethin' about quality and making improvements, then said I might get a survey sent to my email? Folks are claiming it's from Amazon, but I haven't dealt with Amazon at all recently, so I'm pretty sceptical. Also, it definitely sounded automated, like a bot and not a real person.

I had called Amazon customer support about a delivery that didn’t show up, and they actually got back to me with a return call later.

Since January 21st, 2026, this number has rung me over 90 times. Whenever they leave a voicemail, it’s just dead silence. I had blocked it a while back but unblocked it yesterday to find out what they wanted. Today, I got two calls from them but nobody spoke when I picked up. It doesn't seem like Amazon since they’d usually say something. This seems dodgy to me, so watch out. I’ve blocked the number again after those calls.

I got a call from someone pretending to be Amazon, saying they were following up on a complaint I supposedly made. The weird thing is, I’ve never actually complained about anything. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

I keep getting calls from this Indian woman, Jen, who says she’s from Amazon. She’s really unprofessional and just keeps ringing out of the blue, which is super annoying. I’ve flagged it to Amazon and they’ve now marked the number as spam, thankfully.

I got a call from +442034673641 on 20th January 2026. From what I've read on here, it seems to be linked to Amazon customer service. But since I haven't ordered anything nor am I waiting for a delivery, it smells a bit fishy to me. Not sure who they actually are but luckily my Eset antivirus stops calls from any unknown or private numbers straight away.

I've been getting calls for a few days now, each time with weird noises in the background and this person asking if I want to listen to a message in Romanian. Just to be clear, I don't have an Amazon account or anything. I tried blocking one number but then other ones, which they say are from Amazon, just keep ringing me up. It's really annoying.

I've had this number ring me about 8 times over the past couple of days. Since I don't recognise it, I just let it go to voicemail - didn't want to pick up.

This number belongs to Amazon’s customer support line. If you’re getting a ring from it, it usually means someone entered their phone number wrong when asking for a callback via the app or site. So if this is totally out of the blue for you and you never requested a call, just ignore it and carry on. Thought I’d share in case anyone was worried!

The voice seemed really far away and kinda suspicious. I asked who they were trying to reach, then gave a completely different name, and then the person said they must have called the wrong number. After seeing other comments, looks like it was kind of legit after all.

I got a voicemail from an Amazon call centre saying my package was left with my neighbour, which is exactly what I always ask them to do if I’m not home. Bit strange tho, cos this is the first time I’ve had a call or message about it even though they’ve delivered next door plenty of times before. Still, I suppose it’s good they let me know!

I got a voicemail from 02034673641 claiming to be Amazon Customer Service. Since I rarely use voicemail and generally avoid it, I just ignore and delete all messages from it. Lately, voicemail has been more trouble than it’s worth for me. If I can’t tell who’s calling or don’t know the number, I just block it straight away.

I asked Amazon to ring me back and got their customer service on the phone.

The easiest way to confirm you’re really speaking to Amazon is using the chat function in their app, though it’s definitely not the most accessible option. I did get a call from Amazon’s last mile incident team out of nowhere, but the bloke, Ayoub, was so poorly trained it set off loads of alarm bells. I ended up speaking to a more knowledgeable woman who explained the email situation, giving details no fraudster would know, which reassured me. I asked to speak to a manager because their staff shouldn’t sound so dodgy, and their verification methods need to work better (especially since I rely on accessibility tools to read what’s on my screen). Apparently, Amazon doesn't have an actual complaints department and just files your concern under your case number, which is weird for a company of their size. Also, they don’t seem to have any policy to tackle the “item swap scam,” where high-value products needing a code are swapped with lighter, cheap items like sugar or printer paper during delivery. This scam’s been around for years, with reports all over Reddit, the BBC, and consumer groups like Which? Some delivery drivers let you open the box before giving the code, aware of the scam, but others refuse and might even cancel your delivery if you insist on checking it. And if you try to cut the package open in front of the driver, you risk getting reported. Best to have tape, strong scissors, and film the unboxing from a couple of angles just in case. Many unlucky people haven’t been refunded after falling victim since they handed over the code without proof and struggled to dispute charges with Amazon or their bank. Honestly, if you can, avoid buying pricey stuff on Amazon and grab it in a local shop instead. Maybe if enough customers complain about not being allowed to check parcels, Amazon might finally address this scam properly after all these years. There’s loads of stories about this - one guy’s £1,400 camera was swapped for cat food, and dozens have faced similar issues, especially disabled customers who struggle to shop in person and are left more vulnerable.

Really strange, it rang my personal work mobile and I barely share that number except for official stuff. Got an automated message claiming to be from 'Amazon'.

He called me up asking about some debts I supposedly owed, never brought up Amazon once. I gave him a right telling off and then he just went silent.

I looked up this number and it said it was linked to Amazon Customer Service. I didn’t get any voicemail though, even tho I told them to leave one cause I don’t pick up unknown calls. Clearly they didn’t bother to leave any message.

If you file a complaint or try to send something back, you'll usually get a ring from Amazon to sort it out.

Got a call supposedly from Amazon. They asked me to punch in a 3-digit code to connect me to customer service. Since I wasn't waiting for any calls, I just ended it.

Got a call on my landline from 02034 673641 about 10.43 this morning, but nobody left a voicemail. Think it might’ve been Amazon 'cause I did call them a couple hours after about a delivery that was running late. Then Burt 1471 told me a number, 01753 (Slough) 215108, but now I’m a bit confused trying to figure out what’s going on.

I tried calling back 02034673641 thinking it was Amazon support, but they didn’t ring me back at all. Seems like it’s meant to be Amazon customer service number.

I had an Amazon order with a note to leave the package in a particular spot if I wasn’t around. When I got back after a few days, I found the parcel sitting right outside the front door, on full display where anyone walking past could see it. I called Amazon to raise the issue, and they said sorry and promised it wouldn't occur again. Later, I received a call and a voicemail asking when I’d be back, but I didn’t bother replying as I thought it might be some kind of scam.
