I've just had a rather unpleasant experience with a call from this number, requesting to chat with my late husband, who sadly passed away about five weeks ago. When I informed the lady on the line about his death, I couldn't help but wonder if it was some sort of sick joke. I admit, I became quite exasperated and hung up on her. To my surprise, she rang back within a minute, made a comment, and then promptly ended the call on me. It would be greatly appreciated if action could be taken against this company for their cruel calls, as they are incredibly upsetting. Thank you very much.

Received a call from this number earlier today. There was a rather uncomfortable silence for around 20 seconds before I heard an Indian woman inquire if I was Mrs. xxxxxx. Foolishly, I confirmed with a "yes," and then she asked if I resided at xxxxxxxxx. I replied affirmatively once more, only for her to abruptly cut the line on me after that. Received a call today (14/4/14) from an Indian chap who claimed he was conducting a brief survey. He mentioned my name, address, and postcode, insisting he wasn’t attempting to sell me anything. He inquired whether I was working or out of work, my age, if I owned a pet, and my household earnings. At that juncture, I decided I wasn’t comfortable providing any more information and promptly ended the call.
