Just got a call from this number asking for my husband by name, even though he passed away about 5 weeks ago. I told the woman on the phone that he’s no longer here and asked if she was serious or just playing a prank. I ended up getting quite frustrated and hung up on her. Then, she rang back within a minute, said something unclear, and ended the call on me. Surely this company should be stopped from making such upsetting calls - it’s really hurtful. Thank you.

Today I got called four times from this same firm all within about three minutes. The first caller said his name was Jim and claimed to be from some Leisure company - I didn’t catch the full name but it started with a C. He said it was a survey and that he wouldn’t ask for any personal info. I told him I wasn’t interested and hung up. Right after, another woman called with exactly the same spiel so I said her mate already called and I’m not interested and ended the call. She phoned again and I cut her off right away. Then on the fourth call my hubby answered and she got rude, but he just hung up on her. I contacted the police and they passed me onto Action Fraud, who basically said there’s nothing they can do and advised me to reach out to the TPS and my phone company. Why aren’t these annoying calls being dealt with properly? I get about three or four scam or nuisance calls every day, loads are trying to trick me with computer scams!

Today I got a call from this number, there was silence for nearly half a minute before a woman with an Indian accent asked if I was Mrs xxxxxx. I naively said yes and she then asked if I lived at xxxxxxxxx, to which I again replied yes. Right after that, they just ended the call. But it’s really the same as 02034639204, and the same woman answered when I called back on the number with the prefix. Honestly, this sort of harassment should have some kind of penalty! Got a call earlier today (14/4/14) from an Indian bloke claiming he was conducting a quick survey. He already knew my name, address and postcode and kept insisting he wasn’t trying to sell anything. Then he started asking if I was working or not, how old I was, if I owned any pets and what money I brought in. I told him I wasn’t up for answering any more questions and ended the call.
