Got a call today from this number, some automated voice said there was weird activity on my Amazon Prime account and asked for my card info to confirm who I am. Totally dodgy! Don’t ever give out your personal info if you get a call like this, it’s a scam for sure!

my landline rang and a recorded message came on, telling me my ip address was at risk and to press 1 to fix it. instantly knew it was a scam, so i just hung up. then, i blocked the number to be safe!

Got a call from a new number, some bloke told me my internet was about to get cut off. I pressed 1 and spoke to someone who claimed there was an issue with my account and my broadband would be stopped. I hung up straight away and rang TalkTalk to check. Totally a scam!

Got a call from 02034618850 today. The person on the line spoke with a weird American accent, said something about my Amazon account. I’ve never even shopped with Amazon, so pretty sure it’s a scam like others mentioned, probably some BT trick or something. Totally dodgy!
