I’m absolutely fed up with this number ringing me incessantly! Just yesterday, I received five calls from them - two of which were just minutes apart! And guess what? They've started up again bright and early at 8 this morning. This really needs to be put an end to!

Our home phone rang at precisely 7:41 this morning, and I must admit, it sent my heart racing. I genuinely feared something dreadful had occurred!

Whenever they give me a bell, I either brush it off completely or inform them that my computer has been nicked.

This morning at 10:43, I got a call from this number. An Asian lady claimed there was an issue with my computer’s Windows system. She barely had a chance to elaborate before I let her have it and ended the call. I’m signed up to the Telephone Preference Service, but it doesn’t seem to be doing much good!

I got a call from someone claiming to be “Microsoft support,” the bloke had this Indian accent but gave a very ordinary name like “James Brown.” He tried to sound legit by mentioning this code that apparently every Windows computer has, something called the "clsid code" which finishes with 00co4fd7062. Once he got me to believe him, he asked me to enter commands on my computer so he could take over it. After that, he could use my PC to send spam or even install keyloggers to steal passwords for my bank and email accounts. Proper dodgy, so watch out for that trick.

I received a call from an Indian call centre regarding my windows. They seemed rather clueless, acknowledging they had eight in total (all Windows 8). They mentioned there was an issue that required some maintenance - apparently the hinges were playing up and needed a good clean. Regrettably, I struggled to decipher their shouts, which sounded rather aggressive and left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

I had a rather intrusive chat with a rather chatty woman earlier, who seemed keen on fishing for information. She rambled on about my home address and mentioned my name several times, which felt a bit off to me. Then she bombarded me with questions about my broadband provider, telephone service, electricity supplier, and even asked if I was interested in some insurance offers. What put me on edge was her persistent requests for personal details like my name. Now the number doesn’t seem to exist anymore, and I can’t shake the worry that my information could be misused for some dodgy scam out there. I'll definitely be keeping a keen eye on my mailbox and finances moving forward!

It appears that this number may belong to Teleware PLC. I've received a staggering five calls from these pesky individuals today alone! For those interested, you can find more about Teleware PLC at the following link: http://companycheck.co.uk/company/05167266#trading-addresses. If you're feeling cheeky, you might consider giving them a ring (withheld number) every time they hassle you. Personally, what I do is jot down the details of these disruptive firms on every prepaid enquiry form I receive, which results in them getting a load of junk mail, or perhaps better yet, prompting customers to get in touch with them.

Identical to what others have mentioned, I've got a similar predicament; they're threatening to shut down my laptop within the next day unless I cooperate with their dodgy scheme. Honestly, it's quite alarming how many individuals could easily be duped by this sort of nonsense. Action definitely needs to be taken against these scammers!

I've recently put that number on my 'Blocked' list on my mobile. Most new phones feature a block function these days. I always make use of it for any calls that I don't fancy, especially when the number isn't private. If you don’t have caller ID, be sure to dial 1471 straight after getting the call. Jot down the number you get and add it to your Blocked list right away!

I’m absolutely fed up with these incessant phone calls. I’ve only just undergone a significant surgical procedure, yet they continue to hound me despite my repeated refusals. Is there any method to stop these calls once and for all?

I've been receiving calls from this number a minimum of twice daily. I never pick up since the conversation that ensues is utter nonsense.

Received a rather dodgy call claiming my server had been hacked and they could 'assist' me in sorting it out. I’ve been grappling with a flood of spam emails from my account recently. Thankfully, a mate suggested revamping my internet security, which I’ve now done. There’s no chance I’m letting some random individual fiddle about with my computer. They really ought to be put in their place!

Blimey, those repeated calls at 8:30 three times and 11:30 four times got rather tiresome, didn't they? In the end, I couldn't resist picking up when a rather foreign-sounding chap claimed my computer was in peril. So, I thought I'd humour them for a bit-just pretended to be tapping away and entering passwords. In reality, I had my phone on loudspeaker while I carried on with my tea and caught up on the evening news. After about 40 minutes, I casually mentioned that I’m in forensic fraud, and ludicrously, the system wouldn’t recognise my legitimate passwords. They must've realised I was onto them and hung up straight away! Not a peep from them since. Haha!

I’ve had this numpty ringing my home phone today, it’s absolutely ridiculous! They’ve been at it about four times today alone and can’t seem to stop - I’ve lost count, but it must be around ten times this week already. What a nuisance!

I've been receiving these annoying silent calls doubles lately. Just this morning at 9:33, my phone rang with 02034592055, and then later in the evening at 18:47, 02034592077 tried their luck as well. Honestly, I do hope the service provider puts an end to their nonsense.

I've chosen to overlook them, yet it's becoming rather tiresome, especially since we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service. Does it actually make any difference?! I've had the misfortune of getting two calls from this number in just a couple of days. Both times, I made it clear that I didn't possess a computer or a laptop. The first caller, a woman, was quite polite and quickly hung up after my statement. However, the second guy - he was a bit of a nuisance, to say the least. He was an Indian chap who insisted that I must have a computer, despite my reiterating that I didn't. It turned into a rather absurd back-and-forth, and I eventually mentioned that I’d report him, which seemed to rattle him a bit. He even admitted he was aware of the potential fine for such calls! Someone really needs to put an end to this nonsense!

I received a pair of phone calls from this number, one at half past eight in the morning and the other at eleven thirty on the 25th of June, 2014. An Indian-accented woman was on the line both times, insisting that she was from Microsoft technical support and that my Windows computer was infected with a virus. For the last four years, I've been bombarded with such calls, fully aware that it’s a scam, which I read somewhere in the Telegraph is supposedly linked to operations out of Calcutta, India. Most of the time, I just tell them they're chatting nonsense and hang up, but now and then, I like to keep them talking until they get fed up and end the conversation themselves.

What a right pain this number is for unsolicited calls! Here’s a little trick: when they ring, just give a quick “hello”. If there’s no prompt reply straight away, don’t hesitate-just hang up! Then, give 1471 a call to uncover who it was. More often than not, it’ll be this same caller, or perhaps another annoying telemarketer from Canada!

I keep receiving calls from this number, often as many as five times in a single day, and it's absolutely infuriating. They ring as early as 7:45 in the morning and as late as half past nine at night! Supposedly, they’re from a market research company, and it seems like the Telephone Preference Service can’t do a thing about these pesky market researchers. I’m thoroughly fed up with it-I even educated the chap on the line with some rather colourful language! Surely, there must be a way to put an end to these bothersome companies?

I’ve received numerous calls from this particular number, but fortunately, they’ve typically coincided with times I’ve been away from home, hence why they haven’t left any messages on my voicemail. Bright and early at 9 AM today, I got yet another ring. The chap on the other end introduced himself as Daniel and, upon further questioning, proclaimed he was from the Router Department down in London, supposedly about my internet issues. What utter balderdash! It makes you wonder about the effectiveness of the Telephone Preference Service and the ICO. Despite having caller ID, it seems these nuisance callers are relentless in their interruptions!

Oh, utterly relentless! Had a call today from someone claiming there were issues with my computer, asking if I could turn it on and follow their instructions. I decided to humour them for a bit-mostly for my own amusement-until my patience wore thin. I then flat-out said I wasn’t at a computer and was fully aware this was a ruse. To be fair to the caller, she seemed completely flabbergasted at the notion it could be a scam… but honestly, who do they think they’re kidding? Perhaps they might manage to deceive someone a bit more gullible, but that thick accent and her unwillingness to share any personal details should definitely raise some red flags. One would hope, anyway!

I got a call from these people inquiring about who owned the computer at my address. Naturally, I asked why they were interested and who they were. The lady on the other end mentioned something about Windows on the computer being expired. I thought to myself, “That’s lovely, but what’s that got to do with you?” Honestly, my computer has had a proper upgrade, so I simply used my call blocker to send them packing! ๐Ÿ˜„ Next time they try calling, it’ll be nice and easy to cut them off. This same number has been in touch with us no fewer than seven times on the bank holiday Monday, which was the 5th of May in 2014. To my irritation, they've rung us again bright and early this morning at precisely 7:45. At our age-both in our 80s-we certainly have our fair share of issues to contend with, so it's rather vexing to have these calls harassing us.
