Like many others have said, this caller simply dropped the call right after ringing.

I answered the phone, but the person on the other end didn't say a single word.

I got a call from this number, answered and they asked me some stuff, but then the connection got really bad and I couldn't hear anything. Suddenly, they just hung up on me. When I checked my phone later, there was a voicemail from them calling me all sorts of nasty names and even threatening me. I’ve blocked the number straight away.
