Now it’s January 2016, and it’s almost impossible to get hold of them; the phone just goes straight to answerphone. When they first approached us, we thought Gold Crown timeshares were highly rated and those would be the stays we’d get. Their website seemed to back this up too. Meanwhile, they keep sending emails urging us to renew our membership, but only if we pay upfront. So from all their promises starting December 2014, we’ve had nothing but empty talk.
