What a dodgy situation! I received a call from someone claiming to be from EE, but here's the kicker - I’m with O2! They were adamant that EE had somehow acquired them. The caller was incredibly pushy and claimed I had only 20 minutes to sort out my bill reduction or else. Naturally, I decided to end the call. After a quick chat with EE, I found out it’s all a big scam!
