Got a call from someone who said their name was “Jacob” claiming to be from Curry’s. They were going on about some free “handsets” and asked what kind of cell phone I had. I acted clueless and told them we call them mobile phones here in the UK, and maybe they should come up with a better trick. The person got really shouty and there was loads of noise in the background. If that was actually Curry’s, that’s pretty poor customer service!
