I picked up the call, presuming it was a local number, but the person on the other end didn’t utter a single word. I chose not to return the call - not falling for that trick again! I've compiled a list of dodgy numbers to ignore, and this one’s now on it. Fortunately, I’ve got caller ID, which makes sorting these things a bit easier.

I received a call where the person on the other end inquired about my husband. When I pressed them for their identity, they abruptly disconnected.

Over and over again, I keep receiving calls from this particular number. They promise a callback, but naturally, it comes with a charge. Oddly enough, when I attempted to dial the number myself, it turned out to be unreachable-how peculiar is that? Who are these people that have nothing more worthwhile to do than harass others? I have zero interest in double glazing or any PPI nonsense. If by chance I do have PPI, just send the cheque straight to my door, and we can save both ourselves the hassle of filling out any forms! I’m not struggling with my internet connection, and I assure you, my Microsoft services are running perfectly fine!
