Got a call about 10.30 in the morning from someone saying she was 'Rebecca' from Microsoft. She told me there were issues with my computer. I said I wasn’t going to log in and planned to hang up. She then tried to prove she was legit but I just cut the call. She phoned straight back and said I wasn’t allowed to hang up! I told her I’m the phone’s owner and pay the bills, so I can do whatever I want. I asked her to remove my number and to never call again, especially since my mum is 99 and lives far away. She told me to report them while she was still on the line so she could hear it. After that, I just ended the call.
