Got a call saying they were from o2, offering a discount on my monthly bill. Then they asked how much my last bill was. I pointed out that if they were really o2, they’d already know that info. The caller first said they couldn’t see it because they worked in another department. When I told them I thought they were lying, they snapped at me to “shut up”. Yesterday, someone else called from a different number - 020 3514 0867 - but that one wasn’t quite as annoyed when I questioned them.
