I got a dodgy call claiming to be from Amazon, saying my subscription was about to renew and I'd be charged some ridiculous fee. It was all automated, and they asked me to press 1 if I wanted to know more. Of course, if you do press 1, that's when their scam kicks in. Best advice? Just hang up straight away and they won't trouble you any more. Easy fix.
