I recently had a conversation with my brother, who has learning disabilities, and I helped him switch his phone provider. In addition, I called his building society to request his account number for setting up direct debits. Fortunately, it turned out that his building society does not offer direct debit services. This all took place on 22nd November 2017 in Canton, Cardiff. The name on the contract is Shanella Evans, with the reference code TTPOMB68261.

I recently experienced a similar situation. I received a call from someone with an Indian accent claiming his name was "David Wilson". When I mentioned that I would contact him later, he provided me with the number +44 203 441 5550. I inquired about his location in the UK, but he seemed unable to answer and instead responded angrily with "3 o'clock". It is evident that this caller was not associated with TalkTalk.

They claim to be from the Talk Talk office located at 11 Evesham Street in London, which may or may not be accurate. However, there is certainly an office building at that address.

I received two calls today wherein they supposedly mentioned some alarming situations on my phone line. They suggested that I install TeamViewer to grant them access to my computer. I encountered a recurring issue today, just like yesterday. Interestingly, this time it came from a man with a mediocre command of the English language. He got a bit confused at times and claimed to be a technician from talktalk, urging me to fetch my computer so he could assist with fixing my broadband problems. It's worth noting that I'm no longer a customer of talktalk. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a phone number through the 1471 service.

Yesterday, I made a phone call to TalkTalk using a premium rate number. Following the instructions given in a recorded message, I ended that call and dialed another one. However, I became frustrated with waiting and decided to hang up. To my surprise, today I received a call from a woman, possibly of Indian descent, who claimed to be from TalkTalk.
