27 May 2024 Beware of this number, it’s definitely a scam. They say they're from O2 and ask if there’s any issue with the service. The caller spoke with a very heavy Far Eastern accent, and the call quality was awful. You could hear what sounded like a noisy call centre in the background. I ended the call straight away since I’m not even with O2. Not long after, they rang my wife’s phone too, but her phone warned her it was a scam, so she just cut it off. The only link we have is that we’ve both been O2 customers at some point, but that’s it.

Got a call from a guy with a foreign accent who said he was with O2 and even used my name. He tried to offer me a 25% discount and asked if I was interested. I just hung up and they never rang me again. Pretty sure it was a scam!
