Totally a scam, happened on Boxing Day as well, just a load of cheap scammers. They can feck right off, absolute muppets. Don’t even bother logging it on your PC, it just redirects you to a dodgy website.

Got a call from this number earlier today. They wanted some reference number which I had no clue about, then asked for my full name but I refused to give it! Supposedly, it was about parking tickets, which is hilarious because I don’t even drive or have a car. Unless they reckon I parked my grandson’s pram where I shouldn’t have. They can do one, honestly. Such cheeky behaviour.

This is a company chasing money for road fines, but we settled this last year already and now they’re sending the same letter again. What should we do? Trying to ring them is impossible, they keep saying you’re number 64 in line. Any tips would be great, thanks.

This telephone number belongs to DCBL, which stands for Debt Collection Bailiffs Ltd, a legitimate business entity. If you choose to ring them up, don’t be surprised if you find yourself in a queue; you might well be caller number 53! The delays are absolutely dreadful, making it really tough to contest any fees they're imposing ahead of the looming court date.

This company deals with road fine debts, but we already settled this last year and now they’re sending us the same letter again. Not sure what to do next. Tried calling but the wait is ages they say I’m 64th in line. Any tips would be really helpful, thanks!

This number rang my work phone claiming to be from the UK Government’s Work and Pensions Dept, saying they needed me to answer a survey. I wasn’t sure if it was legit, so I told them I was busy and hung up. I’m guessing they’ll ring back, so I just wanted to check if anyone’s confirmed if this number is really from WPD or not.
