Some bloke called himself Elliott and claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse. I asked a few questions, and then he just hung up. What a complete twit!

Got a call from someone saying they were from PhoneSpot, trying to get me to upgrade my contract. They wanted me to give out personal info to "verify" my identity, but it felt dodgy so I didn’t go along with it.
