Got a call from a lady who said she was with Openreach and told me my IP address was under threat. She offered to fix it but wanted me to open my laptop so she could help. I told her right away it sounded like a scam and said I’d be reporting it. Honestly, this number seems pretty dodgy since she wanted remote access to my computer.
