Got a call claiming they were from my broadband provider EE, saying I could get a discount because my internet was slow. I asked them for some details to prove who they were but they couldn’t give me any proper info. Then suddenly they switched and said they were from BT, which isn’t even my provider. Total scam, watch out and don’t trust these calls!
