I picked up a call from 020020928151 and it went to some call centre but no one said a word, then the call just dropped. Tried ringing them back and as soon as it picked up, it was cut off straight away. Definitely sounds like a dodgy outfit from abroad. I’d report this to your network and also let Ofcom know about it.
