This has gone way too far with all these scam calls from numbers I don't recognise. It’s completely unfair. I’m in the hospital right now, waiting on an important call from my brother’s doctor because he’s very poorly. But these annoying calls keep coming through with no one actually talking, and it’s driving me mad with stress. They really need to be put a stop to.

I got a call from someone saying they were with the UK Energy Bureau. I told them I wasn't interested and they just ended the call. Tried looking them up on Google but couldn’t find any legit company by that name. Seems like a scam, especially after reading some bad reviews about this number elsewhere.

Utter nonsense! Got a call from someone called Lisa, said she was from the Tonbridge Chamber of Commerce and kept asking for our postcode. Total scam, no doubt about it. I was suspicious from the start but decided to play along and ask a few questions. She couldn’t really provide any proof and then went on about ‘I’m just doing my job, you should trust me’. Yeah right!

Some bloke ringin' saying he's from the Chamber of Commerce. I asked where exactly the Chamber was and he said Isle of Man. Yeah right, considering he was callin' from an 0203 number. He claimed he needed to update my business info, so I asked for his Isle of Man address, then he just cut me off. This was the second time this number's called today, first time I ignored it. Complete load of rubbish and obviously a scam.

They wanted me to verify an old address my company hasn’t been at for well over seven years. Then they started on about sending info about energy prices going up soon.
