To amuse myself, I played some sound bites from the Phonejacker app during the call. I’d definitely suggest others do the same and take up their time just as they waste ours!

I received a call from this number today. The person on the other end claimed they’d be sending me some paperwork to talk about my pension, mentioning a chap named Martin-no idea who he is. Apparently, the advice comes at no cost, but when I inquired about how they profit from it, he said Martin would explain everything on Monday. Sounds a bit sketchy, if you ask me!

I gave this number a ring back and they picked up straight away. I can’t quite recall who it was, but they were inquiring whether I had the financial means to invest in the stock market. As soon as I replied that I wasn’t interested, they promptly ended the call. Quite peculiar, really!

I receive a call from this number and similar ones at least once a day, consistently around 3 to 4 in the afternoon. Each time I pick up, I’m met with nothing but silence before they hang up. I’ve taken to not saying a word, just waiting for them to drop the line. Now, I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number on my phone to avoid the nonsense.

However, given that my number is ex-directory, I pointed out that he ought to exhibit a bit more courtesy by wrapping up the conversation with an apology. Moreover, as I'm listed with the Telephone Preference Service, I shall be lodging a complaint regarding this unwelcome disturbance.
