Avoid this call centre at all costs. They’ve got sneaky fees - if you ring back, you get slugged a £1.50 connection fee, then it’s another £1.50 a minute just to hear a recorded message. If you pick up, some young person’ll start by asking if you’re ‘ok’ before launching into nonsense that’s basically just gathering personal info. Sounds like they’re fishing for recruits too. I reckon these lot are tied to that annoying call operation out of Birmingham. Expect more dodgy calls and lame excuses from them.

I just picked up the phone and there was a chap on the line inquiring if I was 'alright'. Am I in a position to have a natter right now? It seems to be the same team from Birmingham since their introductory spiel and training sounds quite familiar.

I chose not to answer, but the brief ringing felt rather dodgy, like a financial snare. If you do happen to answer and they promptly disconnect, you're looking at a £1.50 fee just to return the call. Quite the trick, I must say. It's probably one of those new numbers from some dodgy lot in Birmingham who’ve been laying low for a bit.
