Reports on phone number 02034112134
4 yearsThough this number hasn’t bothered me since August 2021, I feel compelled to share my experience as I was tricked into purchasing breakdown insurance for my television, which set me back £180.00-a significant sum for someone with a disability like myself. I contacted them on the 11th of August to report a fault, and shockingly, it was only on the 24th of August that I managed to speak to someone! The individual who finally picked up was a rather irate security guard; frankly, I didn’t buy a word of his tirade. It was as if he had a sixth sense, knowing the purpose of my call before I even had a chance to explain! Am I just one of many souls that have fallen victim to this scam? Please, do yourself a favour and steer clear of these individuals. Check out www.mysmartcover.co.uk if you wish to know more. I genuinely wonder how they manage to rest their heads at night.Submit Your Own Report (020 3411 2134)
