Got a call from a lady with a really strong Pakistani accent, said she was from O2 and trying to hook me up with a 40% cut on my plan. I asked her which tariff I was supposedly on, she had no clue. Then I wanted to hear my name from her, but again, silence. She even tried to get me to give her my O2 password, yeah right 😂. I told her to jog on and guess what? She just dropped the call. Classic scammer behaviour!

Total con artist! It was a woman with a Pakistani accent who claimed to be calling from O2, offering me a supposed 40% reduction on my current plan. When I inquired about what my existing tariff was, she was completely stumped. I then asked her to tell me my name, and she floundered again. To top it off, she had the audacity to ask for my O2 login password! 😂 So, I told her to take a hike, and wouldn't you know it, she promptly ended the call. What a laugh!

There was no actual conversation, just some indistinct chatter in the background. I suspect it might be linked to a call centre.
