3 yearsReceived a call supposedly from O2, my mobile network. It’s definitely a scam! The caller entices you by offering discounts on your bill and then requests that you provide a one-time password (OTP). Although the message for the OTP appears to be genuine and from O2, it’s all a ploy initiated by the fraudster claiming they can't recall their login credentials. Please, don’t fall into their trap! Sharing this OTP could grant them entry to your account, potentially enabling them to order devices under your name. This is definitely a scam - they try to trick you with offers of discounts on your current bill and then ask you to read out a one-time password. The SMS with the OTP really comes from O2, but it's triggered by the fraudster pretending they can't remember their login info. Don't fall for it, because if you give them the OTP, they can get into your account and order phones or whatever they want using your details.PLEASEOTP3 yearsI told her she had the wrong company, my phone provider is different, plus her English was really hard to understand.Submit Your Own Report (020 3410 8417)
