Without a doubt, this belongs to ID Mobile. From what I can tell, it's a legitimate contact, though they don’t seem to share their number openly. I ran into a bit of a hiccup-this particular phone number was provided to me through an email correspondence.

It was a call from ID Mobile.

Somebody claimed they were calling from ID mobile, so I rang up ID myself and they said nobody had been in touch with me. They told me to just ignore the call and not ring the number back.
