Got a call from this firm that I really didn’t want.

Got a call from someone wanting to offer bookkeeping and accounting help, but turns out they’re not regulated here in the UK. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

This guy rang up asking for the boss by his first name, said he was from some company called Beefree or something like that (sounded dodgy). He claimed to be "one of the directors" and kept insisting my boss was expecting the call and would understand everything, which wasn't true at all - my boss had no clue who he was.
