Just got a call from this number and as soon as I picked up, the guy asked me to verify my name and date of birth. When I asked who it was, he said something like ‘Junction Health Centre’, which I've never heard of before. Then he asked if I was ‘Stewart’ something. I told him he must be mistaken cos I’m a woman and he said something like even if I’m not Stewart, this number might still be registered to him in their system. I told him he had the wrong contact. I looked up ‘Junction Health Centre’ right after and couldn’t find any info on it. Felt really dodgy to me.

Over the past few days I've been getting clear scam calls from different numbers, like someone’s been using my number lately. Then today, I got a call from this particular number. I checked online and loads of folks say it’s a proper 111 callback, which is strange because I haven’t dialled 111 or been in touch with NHS services recently. I missed the call from this number but saw in my call history that it rang at almost the exact same time as another number that’s definitely a scam. Seems a bit suspicious to me! This whole thing feels pretty weird.

Earlier this evening, I rang 111 and subsequently noticed three missed calls on my phone. The odd thing is, these calls came through during the early hours, by which point I was fast asleep. I genuinely believe the calls are from a legitimate source.

Got a call from 0203 402 1301 claiming to be the nhs returning a call, but they already had my name and birthday. Feels kinda fishy to me. Didn’t give them any info though. Scam or legit?

Got a call at 2:12 in the morning - had no idea who they were after, they were asking for someone who doesn’t even live here.

Got a call from NHS 111, sounded like it was from some health experts.

This number rang me at 6:28 in the morning. The person on the line said they were from the NHS returning a call. They wanted to speak to someone else, not me. They double-checked the number they dialled and realised they had reached me by mistake. They said sorry and hung up, so nothing weird going on.
