Just a short while ago, I posted my thoughts on here - they've just rung me back, insisting that I cough up an additional £400 for my holiday! I'm absolutely fuming; this reeks of a classic bait-and-switch trick. It’s clear to me that it’s an Indian call centre - the accents were unmistakably strong, and the background buzz of multiple other agents was unmistakable.
