I received a call claiming to be from Shell Energy, attempting to switch my tariff. The details they provided were completely inaccurate and the person on the line was quite aggressive and impolite. I ended the conversation, so I can’t say for sure if it was legitimate, but it certainly felt suspect. They were trying to intimidate me with threats about skyrocketing electricity costs.
