Got a call from someone saying I’d been in a car crash, which I hadn’t. They then handed me off to a 'supervisor' bloke who kept throwing around phrases like ‘police case number’ and all that. He wasn’t clear at all on where he got my info from, and then had the cheek to say I was wasting his time!
