Some bloke rang me claiming to be from BT Openreach, saying there’d been alerts linked to my phone number about my internet being hacked. Right away, he called me by the wrong name, and when I pointed that out, he just said the number’s what counts, not the name! Then he asked me to check the lights on my router, but I refused. After that, he started calling me rude, so I just lost patience and ended the call.
